FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What's included in the tour price?
Each tour includes visa processing and the compulsory EU medical insurance, accommodation, breakfast daily, specified dinners, steam train tickets, a multilingual tour leader, and all transfers and local transport. Exclusions are international flights, most lunches, and personal expenses.
When is the best time to book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular tours and peak seasons. This ensures availability and allows time for visa processing, which can take 1-2 months. The earlier you book, the better your chances of securing your preferred dates.
What happens if my visa is rejected or delayed?
If your visa is rejected or delayed, we will work with you to reschedule your tour or offer a full refund of your deposit. Note that visa application fees are non-refundable.
