Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Amsterdam
Arrive in Amsterdam and transfer to your hotel. Evening orientation walk along the canals.
Day 2: Amsterdam Canals
Morning canal cruise to see the city from the water. Afternoon visit to the Rijksmuseum or Van Gogh Museum (optional).
Day 3: Hoorn Steam Tram
Transfer to Hoorn and board the historic steam tram. Journey through tulip fields to Medemblik. Overnight in Medemblik.
Day 4: IJsselmeer Crossing
Ferry across the IJsselmeer to Enkhuizen. Visit a traditional Dutch cheese farm. Return to Amsterdam.
Day 5: Veluwsche Steam Railway
Excursion to Apeldoorn to ride the historic Veluwsche Stoomtrein Maatschappij through the royal forests of the Veluwe to Dieren.
Day 6: Free Day in Amsterdam
Day at leisure. Optional activities include Anne Frank House, bicycle tour, or day trip to Keukenhof Gardens.
Day 7: Departure
Transfer to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport for your flight home.
